Texting Terms

Hobwell texts you about the repairs you ask us for. Reply STOP at any time to stop.

What you'll get

When you ask for prices on our website or text us, Hobwell sends you text messages about that request. These include when your prices will arrive, the prices, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, safety tips and follow-ups after the job. Hob, our AI assistant, writes many of these messages, and a person on our team checks its work.

How often

Message frequency varies with your request. It's usually a few messages for each repair.

Cost

Hobwell doesn't charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to stop all texts. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed.
• Reply START if you want our texts again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hobwell.help@gmail.com.

Your consent

You don't have to agree to texts to hire a pro, but we can't send you prices without them. Mobile carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We never sell or share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their marketing. Read our Privacy Policy to see what we collect and how we use it.

Our service

Hobwell gets prices from independent, licensed pros and helps you book one. The pro you choose does the work and is responsible for it. Prices we send are the pro's estimates. Any extra work needs your OK first.
